Some providers prefer to hold a consultation call, with a new client to see if it's a good fit ahead of a full session.
You can schedule two types of appointments on your calendar: phone consultations or sessions. A phone consultation is a 15-min non-billable consult, and a session is a full length, billable appointment.
- To schedule
- Click anywhere on your calendar — then click "Add phone consultation" or "Add session" accordingly. You can then choose the client, location, and recurrence.
- To reschedule
- Click the appointment and edit the details, or just drag it to its new spot on your calendar.
- To cancel
- Click the appointment and then select "Cancel."
