Where can I find my provider rates?
There are a couple of ways to navigate to your insurance rates that you will earn for sessions conducted on Headway (broken down by carrier and CPT code). From the Sigmund provider portal, you can:
- Go to "Settings" on the left sidebar of your Sigmund homepage > "Billing" tab > Click "See rates"
- Click the circle in the the top-right corner of your screen (displaying your initials) > select "Rates & Agreements"
Where can I find my provider agreement?
There are a couple of ways to navigate to your provider agreement with Headway. From the Sigmund provider portal, you can:
- Go to "Settings" on the left sidebar of your Sigmund homepage > "Billing" tab > Click "See rates" (be sure to go to the "Agreement" tab)
- Click the circle in the the top-right corner of your screen (displaying your initials) > select "Rates & Agreements" (be sure to go to the "Agreement" tab)
What if I no longer want to work with Headway?
